1 Tbs. rice vinegar

2 TBS shallot bulb, diced

2 Tbs. olive oil

½ lemon, juiced

1 TBS honey

hefty pinch seal salt,

crushed black pepper to taste 

Macrina's Lemon Salad Dressing

LEMON VINAIGRETTE

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest, freshly grated
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
• 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
